Role Overview
Grace to Grace Behavioral Health is a supportive, client-focused practice providing a bridge between academic study and professional licensure. We are seeking Clinical Trainees (CT/SWT) and Advanced Interns (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral level) to provide high-quality care to a diverse client population (ages 5+). This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office clinical work in Lyndhurst and remote telehealth sessions.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Care: Observe, co-facilitate, and lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed supervisor.
Clinical Documentation: Manage intake paperwork, psychosocial assessments, and session progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Treatment Planning: Support the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans for children, teens, and adults.
Case Consultation: Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and specialized intern training seminars.
Ethics & Confidentiality: Adhere to all state board ethical guidelines and maintain strict client records management.
Candidate Qualifications
Educational Track: Currently enrolled in an accredited program for Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure Focus: Actively pursuing clinical hours toward graduation or independent licensure (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW).
Versatility: Comfortable managing a hybrid schedule involving both face-to-face and virtual (telehealth) client engagement.
Professionalism: Compassionate, reliable, and eager to grow within a private practice environment.
