Our beautiful, lakefront office provides a serene and welcoming environment for both clients and staff, enhancing the therapeutic experience. As an independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from our supportive environment and resources. Our highly skilled clinicians specialize in a full range of mental health concerns, providing high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions both in person and virtually.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Incorporate Christian principles into therapeutic practices when appropriate and desired by clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Stay current with professional research and developments in the field of mental health.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current state licensure (PhD, PsyD, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate Christian faith with psychological practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
