Clinical Psychologist (1099)

Job description

MDSI medical services is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to work as an independent contractor performing Mental Status Examinations (MSEs) and psychological testing for Social Security Administration disability evaluations.

This role offers maximum flexibility and is ideal for psychologists looking for consistent referral volume without long-term clinical management or therapy responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Perform mental Status Examinations (MSEs) for SSA disability determinations
Administer and interpret psychological assessments as required
Complete clear objective documentation with use of our dictation system
Maintain ethical, legal, and documentation standards
Coordinate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and report submission
Requirements

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
Active, unrestricted state psychology license
Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Position Details

No ongoing therapy or caseload management
