Behavioral Health Counselor (COD / MH / SUDP) — 100% Remote

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S. with active WA licensure)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $24–$45/hour (based on credentials)

About the Role

Bridging Care is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to join our growing, integrated care team. We are especially interested in Co-Occurring Disorder (COD) Specialists, but also welcome fully licensed Mental Health clinicians and Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDP).

This is a 100% remote role. You may live anywhere in the U.S. as long as you hold an active Washington State license or certification.

In this role, you will provide virtual counseling services to individuals with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring conditions. You will collaborate closely with our Care Coordination and Home Health teams to deliver holistic, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do

Provide virtual counseling to individuals with MH, SUD, or co-occurring diagnoses

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with care coordinators, nurses, and interdisciplinary partners

Support clients in accessing recovery resources and community supports

Participate in team meetings and case consultations

Our Care Model

You will work within an integrated, interdisciplinary team, supporting members enrolled in the Washington Health Homes Program, which serves high-needs Medicaid and Medicare populations. Our Care Coordinators address social determinants of health such as housing, transportation, and food access, allowing clinicians to focus on high-quality behavioral health care within a structured, outcomes-driven model.

Credentials We’re Looking For

Active Washington State license or certification required

Eligible credentials include:

COD Specialist (preferred): $40–$45/hr

Fully Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT): $38–$42/hr

SUDP: $26–$30/hr
