Founded in 2021 by Dr. Courtney Williams, Willed by Wellness Counseling & Consulting, LLC is rooted in the mission of helping Black girls and women “own their magic.” We provide culturally responsive, affirming mental health care and wellness resources for Black women, girls, and BIPOC communities across Tennessee and beyond.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving diverse and underrepresented populations, particularly within the Black community, and demonstrates cultural humility and responsiveness in their work.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group therapy via telehealth or hybrid model.
Develop treatment plans centered on the strengths and needs of Black women, girls, and BIPOC clients.
Provide crisis intervention and culturally responsive care.
Participate in professional development, supervision, and team collaboration.
Engage in community outreach, education, and advocacy initiatives aligned with WBW’s mission.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records per HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
Active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) in Tennessee or state of residence.
Experience working with diverse, marginalized, and underrepresented populations.
Commitment to lifelong learning in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB).

Preferred:

Experience in hybrid or telehealth environments.
Background in trauma-informed care, child/adolescent mental health, or couples therapy.
Desire to serve QTBIPOC individuals and families.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in valuing great work and supporting sustainable careers.
Commission split: Starts at 60/40 (clinician/WBW), with advancement to 65/35 and 70/30 as your caseload and tenure grow.
Additional pay: Opportunities for workshops, panels, and wellness events.
Caseload: Typically 15–20 clients per week, designed to prevent burnout.
