Job description

The Lead Clinician is responsible for the overall management of clinical programming as
well as collaborating on administrative functions. This includes providing mental health
clinical services, as well as supervising, providing performance reviews for clinical staff,
and coordinating and evaluating all program services. The Lead Clinician will ensure
compliance with state regulatory requirements for the program, assist in program
development (mental health clinical curriculum, programming, group facilitation and
documentation, treatment planning, etc.), financial management, accreditation standards,
program marketing, hiring and supervising clinical staff, and evaluating program policies for
clinical operations and processes. This position will assist the Program Director in areas of
problems solving, conflict resolution, readiness for State visits and other areas as
assigned.
