Licensed Therapist or Clinical Psychologist (or recent graduate)
Full-Time, 25 client hours, pediatric heavy practice
We are thoughtfully built, values driven private practice known for excellent clinical care and an unusually strong work culture. Our team is deeply relational, collaborative and intentional. Clinicians who join us often remark, that our culture here is abnormally good. We take that seriously, celebrate the humans here and protect and nurture it.
We are currently seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW) or Clinical Psychologist who care about being present, curious, ethical, articulate and human.
Who we are looking for:
We are less interested in years of experience or more interested in who you are in the room and at the workplace (and with a passionate willingness to learn).
You might be a great fit if you are:
Warm, kind, relational with a genuine interest in people
Clinically thoughtful and intellectually curious
Humble and reflective, open to feedback, growth and consultation
Professional, grounded, polished with strong boundaries and ethical clarity
Comfortable with complexity, uncertainty and nuance
Someone who values error and repair (its okay to mess up and sometimes the repair is so powerful!) with clients and colleagues
We hold high standards for client care while also believing that good clinicians are developed through reflection, consultation and supported growth- not perfection.
The work:
Full time positions (25 open client hours per week)
Individual therapy across the lifespan- pediatric heavy caseload preferred
Work that includes families, systems, and developmentally and trauma informed care
Collaboration with a disciplinary team including neuro-psych, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy in order to provide holistic and comprehensive care
Regular individual and group supervision are core to our model, not add ons
Leadership opportunities available
Our Culture
This is not a volume driven practice. We care deeply about:
Clinical Integrity
Thoughtful Pacing
Intentional interventions
Psychological safety within the team
Being playful
Nurturing each other
We value clinicians who want to think together, ask good questions, and remain lifelong learners. We believe excellent care emerges from clinicians who feel supported, respected and engaged.
We especially value:
Interest in ongoing learning and professional development
Comfort working with children and adolescents
Appreciation for relational work
What we offer:
A genuinely supportive, collegial environment
High clinical standards paired with humanity and flexibility
Space to grow, make mistakes, reflect and repair
Meaningful collaboration with smart, kind colleagues
A practice culture where clinicians stay, contribute and don't burn out
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you. We are especially interested in how you think and how you work relationally, not just your CV.
