The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual therapy to adults in an inpatient crisis stabilization setting during day shifts. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, participating in crisis evaluations and safety planning, and delivering short-term solution-focused interventions for individuals with dual diagnoses. The clinician will adapt DBT or ACT interventions to meet the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while participating in treatment team meetings and coordinated discharge planning to support safe stabilization and community transition.
