Pay: $40–$50+ per clinical session (1099)
Compensation varies based on service type, payer mix, and session structure. Providers may have opportunities for increased hourly earnings depending on scheduling flow and modality delivery. Counseling sessions are compensated at higher reimbursement rates, and neuro-based services offer flexible scheduling with potential for multiple sessions within a clinical hour.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with growth potential for clinicians who are motivated, efficient, and comfortable working within a multi-modality wellness model.

NeuroWellness Center is a growing private practice in the North Denver Metro area dedicated to helping individuals, children, and teens heal deeply, build meaningful connections, and experience lasting change. Our specialty is psychotherapy within a multi-modality model that integrates brain-focused trainings, including Neurofeedback, HRV, and Photobiomodulation. Clinicians hired into this role must be open to learning and implementing these approaches as part of the NeuroWellness treatment framework. While our practice is rooted in Christian values, we serve a diverse client population and prioritize clinical excellence, integrity, and cultural humility. Who We’re Looking For We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who:
• Specializes in anxiety and trauma recovery. (Ages 10+, Teens, Young Adults, Middle Age and Elderly)
• Is licensed in the state of Colorado (LPCC)
• Is available 2-4 days/week also able to work nights
• Brings humility, empathy, and professionalism
• Enjoys team collaboration, regular connection, and continued learning
