Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, licensed (or license-eligible) Mental Health Therapist to join our growing telehealth practice. This part-time position provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality therapy while collaborating with a supportive, mission-driven team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about trauma-informed care and is open to contributing to our online presence through educational mental health content.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
* Provide individual, family, couples, youth, and group therapy via telehealth.
* Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and other clinically appropriate interventions.
* Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
* Support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity concerns, co-occurring disorders, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health needs.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
* Collaborate with other providers and participate in case consultations and team meetings.
* Create occasional social media content (videos, graphics, captions, or educational posts) that reflects our mission and promotes mental wellness.
Required
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
* Clinical experience working with trauma, anxiety, and/or identity development.
* Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
* Comfortable using or willing to learn telehealth platforms, electronic health records, Canva, Instagram, and similar tools.
Preferred
* Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent).
* Trauma certification (such as CCTP).
* Experience in private practice or outpatient behavioral health.
* Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, or underserved populations.
* Comfortable creating educational videos or social media content.
