We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about ethical integration of faith into therapeutic services. This candidate should value a collaborative environment, know how to take initiative to complete goals, and have a willingness to participate in an engaging team environment.
The ideal candidate will specialize in one or more of the following areas:
Couples Therapy
EMDR or other trauma modality

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, or group therapy tailored to client needs.
Utilize evidence-based practices and faith-informed approaches in treatment planning.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
Collaborate with other therapists and administrative staff for seamless client care.
Stay current on research and best practices in your specialty area(s).
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities.
Contribute to a team mindset with a positive attitude that reflects Jesus.
Hours Required:
This is a full-time position therefore 20-30 clinical hours are required. Paid note writing, staff meetings, and networking events are included.
