Job ID: SWMH
Sailwinds Medical Group is seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) to join our growing, integrated primary care practice serving Salisbury and Cambridge, Maryland.
This role offers the autonomy and income potential of private practice without the financial and administrative burden of starting your own office. We provide a fully furnished office, billing and administrative support, referral flow from our established primary care providers, and operational infrastructure so you can focus on patient care.
This is a contracted (1099) position with compensation based on a percentage of collections. Your income reflects your productivity and caseload rather than a fixed hourly rate or corporate salary cap. You may build a full caseload or structure a part-time schedule based on your goals and availability.
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer access to healthcare benefits and supplemental insurance options.
Position Highlights
• Established referral base from internal primary care providers
