Job ID: Mental Health Therapist
Seeking a Mental Health Therapist, LCSW or LPC, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide virtual and in-person mental health services, including individual, group, children, and family counseling.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavioral therapy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to extend services remotely when applicable.
Experience
• Demonstrated expertise working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Experience providing services via telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
• Fully Licensed
• Able to conduct in-person sessions
• Able to conduct telehealth sessions
