Mental Health Therapist

Full-time W2 or Contractor 1099 positions available

Responsibilities of Therapist:

Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients 
Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through tele-health video or telephone
Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines

Qualifications of a Therapist:

Required:

Active LCSW and/or state equivalent of independent license.
1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions 

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese 
Prior tele-health or remote experience 
Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
