Licensed Mental Health Providers – EAP (Perm)

Job description

A national Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is seeking fully licensed mental health providers to join its provider network. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering short-term, solution-focused care to high-profile working professionals and organizations.

Providers will receive consistent referrals and have the flexibility to set their own schedules as 1099 independent contractors. This opportunity includes streamlined administrative support and reliable compensation for services rendered.

Provider Requirements:

-Fully licensed at the clinical level in your state (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
-Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
-At least 2 years of experience working with EAP clients or addressing work-related mental health issues
-No board, licensure, or malpractice issues in the past 7 years
-Malpractice insurance coverage of at least $1M/$3M
