✅ Requirements
🗸 Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
🗸 Active New York State LMSW license
🗸 Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
🗸 Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
🗸 Strong empathy, cultural competence, and patient-centered approach
✅ Responsibilities
🗸 Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
🗸 Provide individual, group, and family therapy
🗸 Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
🗸 Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
