✔️ Conduct psychosocial assessments & therapeutic interventions
✔️ Create and manage treatment plans
✔️ Deliver crisis intervention & support counseling
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare team & document care accurately
✅ Qualifications
✔️ MSW + NY LCSW license
✔️ Active Medicaid provider status
✔️ 2+ years of clinical experience
✔️ Spanish fluency preferred
✔️ Skilled in telehealth & EMR systems
