About the clinician's workday

This onsite role requires a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:30-5:00) providing individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for adult patients, most with underlying trauma. The provider must be an independently licensed LICSW or LMHC, preferably with experience in addiction and mental health. Caseload is typically 10-15 clients plus group facilitation, with all intakes scheduled. Care is delivered in person at the facility, with some telehealth permitted from the office, and necessary equipment provided. The clinician works as part of a care team, handles scheduling for ongoing sessions, and participates in crisis response-including stabilization or ER referral as needed. No psychological testing is required, and the EMR used is KIPU.
