πŸ” Position Overview:
Initial Hours: 10 hrs/week for the first 2 months
Ongoing Hours: 20 hrs/week thereafter
On-site only (no remote)
Schedule: Flexible within Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
πŸ‘₯ Population & Caseload:
Primarily 17+ guardianship cases
Youngest age seen: 7 years old
Caseload: IDD and co-occurring mental health needs
πŸ§ͺ Duties Include:
Psychological testing & diagnostic evaluations
Therapy sessions (as needed)
Intake evaluations and diagnosis
Development of behavioral support plans
Common Assessments:
IQ Testing: Wechsler Intelligence Scale (WAIS/WISC)
Adaptive Functioning: Currently using Vineland, but open to any standardized tools
Average testing time: 20–30 minutes per session (over 1 hour is split)
