Practice Environment
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers
Outpatient clinical setting serving child and adult populations
Focus on psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct psychological evaluations, intake assessments, and eligibility screenings
Perform standardized psychological testing (intelligence, personality, cognitive, and achievement testing)
Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and developmental disorders
Provide individual and group psychotherapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and documentation
Provide consultation to psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case reviews
Support interns, students, and staff training initiatives
Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and agency policies
Maintain productivity and documentation standards
Requirements
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology required
Active Georgia license as a Psychologist required
2–4 years of post-doctoral clinical experience preferred
Strong skills in psychological testing and assessment
Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
Compensation
$110k - $150k per year
Potential $50k sign on bonus
