Founding Behavioral Health Program Director (LMHCs, LMFTs or LCSW)

Job description

Build a Statewide Behavioral Health Division From the Ground Up

Bridging Care is Washington’s largest provider of community-based care coordination under the Health Homes Program, serving 2,200+ Medicaid members statewide. We are rapidly expanding into integrated Behavioral Health and are seeking a rare clinician-leader to build, launch, and scale a statewide Behavioral Health division from the ground up.

This is a founding, high-impact role for someone who can both provide clinical care and architect systems, teams, and operations. You are not inheriting a program — you are building it.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Washington State.
