Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology
• Coverage Type: 24hr beeper call, OT after 8hrs per day
• Schedule details: Looking for long term Child and Adolescent Psychiatry coverage until a new perm provider has been onboarded. Coverage is hospitalist model, 7 days on/7 days off. 8am-5pm inpatient, Call over weekend nights.
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Psych facility with on-site security team, fully trained staff in CPI and de-escalation techniques, all staff restraint trained, use of seclusion room, all rooms have option to restrain on beds. Unit can be split when need to contain patients safely without seclusion.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Support Staff?: 1 RN, 1 MA, 5 Office staff; fully staffed inpatient unit with RN, tech, social workers, pharmacist, and occupational therapist
• Avg. Daily Census: 12 bed unit, 10 patients per shift
• Patient Age Group: patients 12 and older, no peds.
• Procedures: Acute psych unit, sub-acute psych unit; anxiety disorders; affective disorder; ADD/ADHD; personality disorders; eating disorders; involuntary commitments; seclusion therapy; restraint application, pharmacotherapy; ECT
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC required in Peds Psych
• State License(s): MT license highly preferred, will accept IMLC

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
