Join a nationally recognized pediatric behavioral health team providing consultative care in a collaborative academic setting. This full-time assignment offers no call responsibilities, strong multidisciplinary support, and the opportunity to care for children and adolescents with complex medical and psychiatric needs.
Practice Details
Patient Population: Ages 3–21 (primarily 6–18)
Daily Volume:
Consult Service: 5–15 patients
Integrated Med-Psych Unit: 4–10 patients
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment:
Consult service paired with Psychology
Med-Psych unit paired with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Opportunity to supervise psychiatry residents and fellows
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Minimum of 1–3 years of inpatient psychiatry or psychiatric emergency department experience
Connecticut license strongly preferred
IMLC physicians encouraged to apply (additional licensing time required if not already licensed)
