Overview:
Compass Psychological Testing and Evaluation is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed School Psychologist to join our growing team in a full-time clinical role. This position is ideal for a dedicated clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychological services in a supportive, collaborative practice environment.

K e y R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

Clinical Duties:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan. Common referral questions include ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, cognitive and academic concerns, emotional and behavioral challenges, and differential diagnosis.
Deliver timely, accurate, and user-friendly written reports.
Provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations to clients and families.
Offer individual therapy services as appropriate based on clinical expertise and client needs.


Optional Opportunities:
Supervise trainees or early-career clinicians (based on interest and experience).
Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration.


Qualifications:
Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Clinical Psychologist or School Psychologist in the state of Ohio.
Strong background in psychological assessment.
Excellent clinical writing and communication skills.
Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.


Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and caseload.

Full-time psychologists can expect a salary range of $85k–$125k annually, with potential for bonus and growth based on performance, supervision, and clinical contribution.
