Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Child Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and/or family therapy utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, or other relevant approaches. Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications: Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in IL.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for pediatric populations (e.g., CBT, play therapy, family systems). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children, teens, and families.
Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, trauma-informed care. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
