Facility is seeking a part-time Child Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join their expert behavioral health team, delivering psychiatric services to children and adolescents in Dayton, Washington Court House, and Columbus, Ohio – an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact on young lives.

Job Description:
-Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents
-Serve as Collaborating Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) within the child and adolescent programs
-Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
-Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
-Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
-Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
-Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding diagnosis, treatment, and complex clinical issues
-Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote integrated care
-Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

-Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry – REQUIRED
-Ohio MD/DO License – REQUIRED
-DEA License – REQUIRED
-Is provider willing to travel to both Columbus and Washington Court House locations? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
-Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRE
-Clean malpractice/license history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
