• 📅 Schedule: Flexible Within Clinic Hours Mon-Thurs 7:30am-6:30pm Fri 7:30am-4:30pm (5 days/week preferred)
• 📅 Coverage Type: Full-Time

• 🏥 Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• 📅 Start Date: 11/30/2026
• ⏳Assignment Length: 3 Months

• 👥 Patient Volume: Up to 15 Patients Per Day at Full Capacity
• 🩺 Support Staff: Medical Director, C/A Psychiatrist, 13 PMHNPs, RNs, MAs, Case Managers, Therapists, Peer Support, Skill Builders, Co-Located Primary Care
• 🩺 Licensure: NY License
• 📋 Board Certification: Board Certification Required
• 🛡️ Malpractice: Provided by Consilium
• 📋 Other Requirements: Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Supervision of 13 PMHNPs
