New York Psychiatrist - Full time coverage - All Adults

- M-F Full Time 40 hours
- Candidate must be Board Certified.
- One year minimum forensic experience(preferred)
Volunteer/teaching will not be considered towards experience

There is a large campus and a great deal of walking with stairs, both inside and outside, is required.
The Locum works in a variety of settings – specifically our ICP – which is like a day treatment type of program and with our SMI population.

They will also be asked to complete evaluations (2PC, Competency, etc.) and Court Ordered Psychiatric Medications (COPM).
• Areas of coverage to include RCTP (Resident Crisis Treatment Program, Residential Rehabilitation Unit(RRU) and Special Housing Unit(SHU).

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Must be self-sufficient, computer literate, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Must be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
