This profit-based psychiatric facility operates a specialized 13-bed inpatient unit dedicated to serving children and adolescents. The facility maintains a full census and is actively seeking a fellowship-trained child and adolescent psychiatrist to join their team. The unit provides comprehensive psychiatric services with an average length of stay of 9 days.

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for children ages 3-12, managing a daily census of 8-10 patients within a 13-bed unit. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including a full-time social worker and case manager who coordinates aftercare services. The position requires completion of history and physicals on patients until a pediatrician is hired, with all documentation completed through EPIC EMR system. Fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry is strongly preferred, though exceptional candidates with adult board certification and extensive pediatric experience will be considered.
