Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: 2 days/week onsite, 8:30 AM–5 PM
Patient Population: Ages 6+; all ages welcome
Volume: 8–10 patients/day
Cases: ADHD, anxiety, depression
Requirements: Georgia Medicaid & Medicare
BC/BE: BE accepted; BC preferred
Start: ASAP
