✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review and adjudicate complex psychological cases to resolve discrepancies
✔️ Provide expert consultation and training to DDDS adjudicative staff
✔️ Conduct or oversee psychometric testing to support evaluations
✔️ Ensure compliance with DDDS protocols and federal guidelines
✔️ Participate in quarterly meetings to refine adjudication processes
✅ Qualifications
✔️ Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Psychology
✔️ Current, unrestricted Washington State license in Clinical Psychology
✔️ 2+ years post-graduate clinical training/experience
✔️ 1+ year post-Master’s clinical experience
✔️ 5+ years DDDS consultation experience (preferred)
Technical Skills:
✔️ Proficiency in psychometric testing, medical record review, federal disability regulations
Soft Skills:
✔️ Analytical reasoning, clear communication, collaborative problem-solving
Additional Requirements:
✔️ No exclusion from federal healthcare programs
✔️ Licensed to conduct business in Washington
✔️ Commitment to attend quarterly consultant meetings
