Job description

Responsible for the management of operations of therapy centers and treatment of a full patient case load. Ensures
compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for center financial performance. Responsible for compliance with
company set regulatory standards. Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Essential Functions-Management:
 Create an environment that is consistent with the company’s mission and vision by creating a positive morale to maximize
team member job satisfaction and optimize retention.
 Manage all employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Human Resource Policy and Procedures; seek assistance
of Human Resources when needed.
 Assist in developing fiscal budgets for center.
 Assist in the development and implementation of center-specific strategic plan, including marketing/sales plans for
referrals. Responsible for achieving the plan; overseeing center staff participation in plan to ensure success.
 Ensure strong physician and payer relations, coordinate implementation of clinical specialty programs as requested by the
 Maintain responsibility for ensuring center profitability. Interprets financial statements and performance metrics to
develops strategic plans and address underperforming areas.
 Manage Aide staff and hold them accountable for delivering highest quality customer service and scheduling of patients.
 Ensure clinical team delivers the highest quality clinical care. Provide patient care skills development opportunities for
clinical staff as appropriate. Recommend staff for recognition.
 Ensure efficient caseload management using available reports (e.g. 1-2-3, Active vs. Scheduled, etc.)
