Licensed Integrative Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Hybrid / 1099

Job description

We are seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our hybrid team. This role is ideal for a therapist who values clinical autonomy but wants the support of a grounded, collaborative community.

Status: 1099 Contractor.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Alexandria, VA required).

Compensation: Competitive fee-for-service percentage (based on licensure and experience).

Requirements:
-Active unrestricted license in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

-Commitment to 3 days per week of in-office presence.
-Interest in long-term clinical growth within a collective environment.
