We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. We look for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Board-approved active license as a Social Worker or Professional Therapist licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT).
Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Maryland law.
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
Dedication to evolving professional development, including continuing education.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Trauma-informed care.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Experience with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation, records, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
Manage a full client caseload.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive wellness/treatment plans.
Respond to client mental health crises and follow safety plans.
Monitor client progress and modify plans as needed.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to the client's needs.
Schedule or assist with scheduling clinical and/or support staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Adhere to Dynamic Group Counseling Group’s and the State of Maryland's Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, and all personnel policies and procedures.
Educate clients on mental health conditions, available resources, and coping tools.
Maintain up-to-date credentials and certificates, and hold a valid driver's license or alternative form of identification.
Comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
Continue special training in designated areas.
Be available for weekend and/or evening sessions.
Conduct strength-based, culturally sensitive assessments for new clients.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, individualized treatment plans, billing documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
Engage in cooperative care alongside our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.
Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable and based on licensure and experience. Therapists are paid on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be paid per completed
