We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (APC/LPC, LMFT, or LMSW/LCSW) to join our collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Service: Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy services to a diverse client population.
Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments, develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and continually evaluate client progress.
Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with state, ethical, and clinic standards.
Collaboration: Participate in regular consultation and collaborate with other clinic providers (e.g., psychiatrists, nutritionists, etc., if applicable) to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
Caseload Management: Manage a consistent caseload of clients to meet the required 25-30 patients per week (lower for half FTE).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited university.
Licensure: Current, active, and unencumbered clinical licensure in the state of Georgia APC/LPC, LMFT, or LMSW/LCSW).
Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply. Board Supervision will be provided for APC.
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in [mention 1-2 specific therapeutic modalities, e.g., CBT, EMDR, or DBT].
Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and professional ethics.
Technology: Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
