Job /Summary:
Nurture Health Therapy Group is a new and dynamic mental health practice opening in Jupiter, FL in November 2025. We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team with a desire to practice in our well appointed office space. We are seeking a professional experienced in providing both individual and group therapy to clients age 11+ with various presenting mental health concerns. Our ideal candidate would be committed to providing a warm, authentic, and consistent experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR.
Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, schools, and community resources as appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations.
Maintain active licensure, insurance, and continuing education requirements.
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD).
Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
Comfortable using an EHR and telehealth platforms.

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract, Fee share model
Pay: $50-$100/hour
Expected Hours: 30-40 per week (Full time, Part time)
Work Location: In-person, Jupiter/ Palm Beach Gardens, FL
