Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provide individual, family, play, and group therapy for designated caseload of clients.
Utilize DSM for diagnosing. Conduct psycho-social assessments and treatment planning.
Conduct visits to homes, schools and or other service locations in the community in order to help client achieve their treatment plan goals.
Provide 24-hour availability and crisis intervention on an as needed, or regularly scheduled basis which may include weekends and evenings.
Evaluate parent/child/family progress and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Coordinate linkage to appropriate intra-agency and community resources, including coordination of client’s psychiatric needs.
Assist with the development of a Child and Family Team (CFT), which includes multi-disciplinary professionals, the child and family, extended family members, and informal community supports.
Ensure accuracy in work and that all deadline expectations are met.
Actively participate in administrative and clinical supervision and meetings.
Follow up with supervisor in a timely manner regarding significant issues.
Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling is required.
Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required.
Experience in In-Home Services or work with highrisk children, adolescents, and their families.
Strong clinical skills in individual, family, play, and group therapy are required.
Previous Wraparound Approach Services Program experience preferred.
Good oral, written, and organizational skills are required.
Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT, administer First Aid/CPR and operate an agency motor vehicle.
Must possess and maintain a valid CA drivers’ license, automotive liability insurance, and a driving record acceptable to agency’s insurance carriers.
