Details -
Start: ASAP
Schedule: 4hrs/week - Tuesdays / Wednesdays preferred
Setting: Outpatient - onsite
Patient Cases: Depression, Anxiety, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Bipolar, ADHD, and ASD
Ages seen: Child - Adult (Providers seeing ages 12+ are also acceptable)
Eval / Med Manage: 60min Eval / 15min Med Manage
Support Staff
EMR

Requirements -
- Medicare / PA Medicaid
- PA License
- Active DEA
