Client is located in Saginaw, Michigan.
Job Description:
Manages behavioral health care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow up. Prescribes, directs, and administers psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat substance abuse disorders.
Collaborates with providers, social workers, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Provides behavioral health staff oversight. Evaluates effectiveness of counseling or treatment plans and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses and modifies diagnoses and treatment plans as necessary.
BC Psychiatry
Fellowship trained in SUD or has a special interest in SUD
EHR AthenaOne
12-14 patients/day
All outpatient, no call
Monday-Friday 40 hours/week
New Grads $280k-$290k,
Someone with 2-5 years experience $310k-$330k,
Someone with 5+ years $330k+
Comp plan depends on if Provider is looking for sign-on bonus, relocation package.
Client offers 1-5 year contracts for permanent employment
If Provider has loans they usually match the contract with the number of years left on the loan with the repayment program they get them into
